BioI'm a 29 yrs old, I have been through the ringer of life lately and a friend suggested this might help. I have dealt with several issues throughout my history, from a divorce, to a suicide attempt, to having a loved one die right next to me. I am not sure what I will get out of this or if it will just blow away and not have much meaning for me at all. This is who I am and where I am at. I am a man trying to cope.
